- 8:00 am: Gates Open for Show Participants - Registration begins - Breakfast served by one of the show food service vendors
- 9:00 am: Grounds Open for General Public - Registration continues
- 10:00 pm: Registration for Valve Cover Racing begins
- 11:00 pm: Valve Cover Racing begins and carries on until final rounds are completed
- 12:00 pm: Gates close - Registration Closed
- 12:00 pm to 2:00pm: Participant judging takes place
- 3:00 pm: Show awards recognized and distributed
- 4:00 pm: Show ends
